Purrfit Introduction to Burlesque Workshop: 19th August, Milton Keynes

Ideal for the burlesque community and curious others, this workshop will cover the fundamentals of the different burlesque styles and how to bring them alive on stage as a performer. We will practice walks, poses and classic moves and learn how to perform them with character, style – and personal panache.

The class will also be an introduction to the history and psychology of burlesque, discussing what works and why it works, providing a foundation to develop your own approach to the art – and your own persona.
